current CopyRect don't support alpha, i have to create 2 canvas for a simple watermark draw,

a "CopyRectWithAlpha" would be great.

test: 33 times (loading a TGA, BMP, PNG (all 8 bpp RGBA saved with imaging) to a GLtexture)
timed with functions of imagingutils

delphi7 and FPC 2.2.2RC2

fpc is equal or faster on all my applications, i'm curious why its slower on imaging

deleting the "{$R *.res}" in VampyreImaging.dpr does not work too (same error)
