It would be nice if Rotate could accept any integer value between 0 and 360.

That's planned, but arbitrary-angle rotation is much more difficult than just 90/180 rotation.
Rotated image can have different size and filtering must be used to get good results.
Can't say when exactly, maybe the release after 0.26.2.
