Load and save progress

Hi

I have some large pictures where loading and saving takes some seconds and would like to display a progress bar. Can this be done somehow?

Progress callbacks are planned for 0.3x version. In current Imaging it would mean changes to all file format loader/saver modules (there are problems with some 3rd party libs Imaging uses). Which file formats are you interested the most?
